Yields:: 1 12 ounce glass
Serves:: 1

ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup orange juice
1 cup strawberry kefir
1 cup frozen peaches

directions

Combine ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Variations: grape juice with raspberry kefir and frozen blueberries or cranberry juice with pomegranate kefir and frozen mangoes or pineapple juice with peach kefir and frozen raspberries or simply your favorite juice with your favorite kefir and your favorite frozen fruit. The possibilities are endless!

This is a picture of my boyfriend and me at my company's fancy holiday party in December 2007. I graduated with my BA in musical theatre a few years ago.
