  1. Calls for 1/2 pound bacon. No worries. I still have a couple of good years left in me. Very good!!!

  2. This was supreme! I used Recipe #242966 for the bacon. I didn't have any Tabasco Sauce and used a pinch of cayenne instead. I also forgot to put parmesan cheese on my grocery list. But my family loved it! My DH said 5 stars right away. This will be great for holiday dinners, football games and pot lucks. I made this for PAC Fall 2008 and I will be making it many more times.

We moved to east Tennessee from the MS Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina. We love the area, and are truly blessed to be neighbors to the Great Smoky Mountains! I love to feed others, and cook every chance I get. UPDATE: We just bought a home and moved into it. We are living in Maryville, TN, and our home overlooks the Chilhowee Mountains, which are right in front of the Smokies. We love our home and our neighborhood, and are in the process of making our house a home. My passion is our Messiah, Yeshua.
