Rolled Sandwich

"This is a great finger food or lunch box item. It looks great fanned out on a round tray. You can omit salami if it is too spicy for your taste."

I live in Florida and work as an Administrative Assistant at a mega church. In addition, because I like to cook I do some catering for weddings and parties at the church. (That's the fun part). If I had a month off with no responsibilities I would probably spend it in my home office reading all of the cook books that line the wall and arrange all the thousands of loose recipes I cut out of here and there.
