"This recipe was a nice change from other salmon recipes I have tried. I prepared this as written and the fillets came out moist and flakey. -One question that did come to mind was... to use the skin or to use skinless fillets... Since my fillets came with the skin on I decided to remove it. I will try this recipe with salmon steaks next time. ..."
