"Quick and Easy! I made this for freezer tag and you can make this recipe OAMC by making the enchiladas ahead of time and freezing them. Defrost in microwave or overnight in fridge and then make the sauce to go on top. I used recipe#26539 for the picante sauce and it worked very well."

"This was a fast and easy supper to whip up. I used recipe#57287 for the cream of mushroom soup, recipe#24952 for the onion soup mix, and recipe#31008 for the ground beef. I froze the leftovers (in individual servings because I made this for freeze tag and they reheated very well in the microwave for Dh's lunch."

"This was ok but I don't think I'll make it again. I made it as a dump recipe by combining everything in a ziploc bag and then throwing into the freezer.
