    Favorite Foods

Hmmm...I grew up on my mom's rice and beans and tacos and those are still my all-time favorite foods. Try eating those in moderation! I'm huge on comfort foods and there's nothing like sitting down to a homemade bowl of soup with a warm honey-wheat roll. Very simple but oh-so-yummy for the tummy! I'm learning to adapt a lot of the great Zaar recipes to lower carb and lower fat versions. I also love Lebanese food and SO miss my ex MIL's cooking, who was from Lebanon. The only food I can think of that I really dislike is brussel sprouts and menudo. Can't get past the lovely aromas!
