    "Yum! I have tried a lot of eggless chocolate chip cookie recipes, and these are one of the best. I made a couple of changes. First, I added about 1/4 tsp xanthum gum, because I think it does wonders for eggless baking.     "I'm not vegan, but I am egg free, and these were delicious. They rose well, with a fluffy texture. I used cow milk and yogurt, as I didn't have soy on hand, and I used whole wheat pastry flour.
