"This made very good bread. Even my picky gluten eating daughter liked them. I'm interested to see how it will be the next day. Some GF breads turn very dry and crumbly very quickly. This doesn't seem to be that way, but only time will tell! Meanwhile, very good start.
Update: Lasted three days in my bread box on the counter. Great recipe! Than..."

"I wanted to make these a bit more nutritionally dense so I used brown rice, then for the 1/2 c. white I subbed 1/4c. Nutritional Yeast and 1/4c Ground Flax Seed. Last, in place of the 1/4c potato starch, I used Sweet Sorghum. For the liquid I used 2 bananas. They were great!"

"Yummy! I didn't have the flours in the recipe so I used 1c. brown rice flour and 1/2 c. Of soy flour. I also added 1tsp. Of xantham gum. Turned out great!"
