"Lovely Recipe! I used mini loaf pans and yeilded 6 from this recipe... Baked them for 30 minutes and they turned out perfectly! Thanks so much for this delicious recipe!Additional details:I froze some of these (wrapped in plastic wrap and then in foil... the came out just as nice as they did when originally baked!"

"These were delishious!!!!I drained the Zucchini by sprinkling the salt in the recipe on the grated squash and then let it sit for 30 minutes. I then squeezed all of the liquid out of it.Yum, Yum, Yum!Crispy on the outside, soft savory goodness on the inside.A winner!"
