"I made this with a bottom round roast. Cooked as directed for four hours, setting the timer turning the roast over hourly. The smell was fabulous and DH kept asking when it would be ready. The roast was fall apart tender but strictly as a matter of personal presence I am giving four stars because the sauce was just a tad too tart for me. On th..."

"Very tasty. I used half the amount of honey as I am not a fan of "sweet" meat. DH and I both enjoyed it very much and I am always looking for new ways to cook pork chops. Thanks for sharing Paja! Tagged for Zaar Alphabet Chef game."

"Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup. I made this using a food processor and my Kitchenaid pasta attachment. Very easy recipe and the dough was a joy to work with. The recipe states it makes one pound, but one pound of fresh must be equal to 1 1/2 pounds of dry because this make a lot of pasta. Thanks for sharing Ceezie!"

"Made this in the crockpot with one change, used only 1/2 cup of brown sugar. The flavor is so much more complex than just using BBQ sauce alone, DH loved it. Next time I will bake this or simmer on the stove as the sauce was a tad too thin for my taste. Great recipe weekend cooker, thanks for sharing!"

"Oolala, we have an El Pollo Rico restaurant here in Northern Virgina. At lunch the line is out the door! Your recipe tastes exactly like theirs, even down to the "sticky" chicken skin. I made this exactly as directed and marinated fo 24 hours. Cooked it in my showtime rotisserie....Oh my goodness! DH and I were licking our fingers and smacking o..."

"Very different and flavorful marinade. Used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and marinated New York strip steaks overnight. These were melt in your mouth with a wonderful flavor. Will definitely use this marinate again. May try it on pork chops next. Thanks for sharing!"

"The only change I made to this was to use one cup of Skippy chunky peanut butter as I didn't have regular peanuts. Whirled it all up in the food processer and let my pork loin cubes marinate all day. This was soooo good. DH loved it and when I asked him what he liked best about it he said: It is very flavorful without any one flavor standing out,..."

"Made this yesterday entirely in the crockpot. Mixed the meatballs, formed them and place in the crockpot. Then I mixed the sauce together, poured over the meatballs and cooked on low for 7 hours. OMG, these are good! The meatballs were melt in your mouth tender. Served over rice with a salad for a DH approved meal. Like other posters, next t..."

"Made this with london broil as directed. Easy and tasty. I like the fact that was not tomatoe based as most swiss steak recipes are. I baked up perfectly in the oven and the fact that I baked it in the same pan I browned it in made clean up go fast. DH loved it and it will go in our regular rotation. Thank you for sharing."
