    Reviewed Baked Grouper with Wild Mushrooms: Grouper al Forno con Funghi Trifolati

    "This is to die for!! If you don't have all the fancy mushrooms, don't worry just use whatever is on hand. I have made this dish with all the fancy mushrooms or just with baby portabellos. The only thing I do differently, is add the fish after adding the wine. For some reason the wine taste if very prominent if I don't do this. So I let it sim"

    Reviewed Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal

    "This is very good! I used the steel cut oats too, and I added a little fresh nutmeg. I did not have any cranberries so I used raisins. I have a gas oven, so it took about an hour to bake. I could not wait till it cooled so I took a small spoonful and put a little almond milk over it. Wow! This is so good it could suffice as a dessert!"
