"This is great I had no idea it would be so easy to make homemade applesauce and you don't have to add sugar or cornsyrup like the store bought stuff. I like to use it in baking and this makes it cheaper . Thanks for the recipe. I usually do just a few pint jars at a time because I don't have a big canner but this is great. I have to try ..."

"This was a very good recipe. I used all tapioca starch for the starch because it was what I had. I don't like using too much xanthan gum so I used only 1 teaspoon xanthan gum and added 1/2 teaspoon of pectin. I didn't have fava flour so I subed millet flour , I like it's nuetral taste. I read the reviews that the water was too muc..."

"These were very good. I was only making for me and my dd. I made a bit over a 1 lbs of potatoes but I did use 2 eggs because it seemed dry but that may be because I didn't have gluten free flour mix so I just used plain rice flour. I have never made these before but they tasted great with sour cream for breakfast."

"These are great. I can't handle all the gums they put in gluten free foods and these are fabulouse with out them. I did not have blackstrap molasses and they stop selling it at my local grocery store so I used regular molasses. I don't know if it makes a difference but these are GREAT! Thanks katii."

"These were good but not the best. My family can't digest lots of gums so I had to reduce it by half and maybe that is why they came out more like biscuits but they were soft and taste. I also reduced the water by 1/4 cup. I hate the wet gluey texture of some gluten free recipes and this did not have that. I had to sub sorghum because I did not hav..."

"I used white bean flour for besan and white rice for the cornflour. I like the cake. It was very good not xanthan gums and no tapioca flour which are in so many recipes and my family is allergic to. I used 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I also added 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup of coconut ."

"I gave it 4 stars because it did not include salt. You need salt. I liked the crust it's good to find one that does not have tapioca flour or xanthan gum two things my family is allergic to along with wheat. I added a whole Tblsp of olive oil and I decreased the water by 3 Tablespoons and I had to add an extra 1/4 cup of rice flour. I don't have a..."

"These came out great. I am new to gluten free diet because my husband is allergic to wheat. I have tried some of the gluten free mixes and they don't agree with me I think it's the xanthan gum and guar gums. This recipe is excellent. The recipe is similar to the one on the Goya rice flour bag. I used only 3/4 cup of milk and only 1 tsp of baking p..."
