I like to use it in baking and this makes it cheaper . Thanks for the recipe. I usually do just a few pint jars at a time because I don't have a big canner but this is great. I have to try ..."

"These were very good. I was only making for me and my dd. I made a bit over a 1 lbs of potatoes but I did use 2 eggs because it seemed dry but that may be because I didn't have gluten free flour mix so I just used plain rice flour. I have never made these before but they tasted great with sour cream for breakfast."

"These were good but not the best. My family can't digest lots of gums so I had to reduce it by half and maybe that is why they came out more like biscuits but they were soft and taste. I also reduced the water by 1/4 cup. I hate the wet gluey texture of some gluten free recipes and this did not have that. I had to sub sorghum because I did not hav..."

"These came out great. I am new to gluten free diet because my husband is allergic to wheat. I have tried some of the gluten free mixes and they don't agree with me I think it's the xanthan gum and guar gums. This recipe is excellent.
