Shared Recipe Warm Garlic Herb Shrimp Potato Salad #5FIX

"5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. This is a quick taste dish that can be served warm or at room temperature. The smell of the herb cheese on warm potatoes is wonderful as it is delicious. It's great for summer time and great for a quick lunch."

Shared Recipe Simply Potatoes Mexican Chorizo Chicken Casserole #5FIX

"5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I came up with this idea when I had leftovers in the fridge and wanted to make something simple and comforting. We are gluten free and eat potatoes quite often. You can use regular Cambells type or a gluten free condensed cream of mushroom soup like Pacific Naturals. Its a great tasty dish at room temperature or hot..."

Shared Recipe Steamed Gluten Free Carrot Cake

"My family has wheat allergies and I had to come up with a gluten free carrot cake that I could make in the TX summer heat. My family loved this recipe and I even steam it in the winter. It can be steamed on the stove top or in a slow cooker/crockpot. It's moist and flavorful and it's great with cream cheese frosting."

    Reviewed Gluten-Free Soft Molasses Drops

"These are great. I can't handle all the gums they put in gluten free foods and these are fabulouse with out them. I did not have blackstrap molasses and they stop selling it at my local grocery store so I used regular molasses. I don't know if it makes a difference but these are GREAT! Thanks katii."

Reviewed Gluten Free 60% Whole Grain Hamburger Buns Recipe (Or Bread)

"These were good but not the best. My family can't digest lots of gums so I had to reduce it by half and maybe that is why they came out more like biscuits but they were soft and taste. I also reduced the water by 1/4 cup. I hate the wet gluey texture of some gluten free recipes and this did not have that. I had to sub sorghum because I did not have..."

Reviewed Gluten-Free Carrot Cake with Orange Frosting

"I used white bean flour for besan and white rice for the cornflour. I like the cake. It was very good not xanthan gums and no tapioca flour which are in so many recipes and my family is allergic to. I used 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I also added 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup of coconut ."
