"Best eggless pancake recipe I've tried! Light and fluffy, and very tasty...I substituted 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, and 1 cup of self rising flour for the all purpose flour. I also added another tsp of vanilla and a decent amount of cinnamon...bluberries cause i had them, but would be just as good withhout them. Thanks for a great recipe!!!!"
