"Excellent. I followed the recipe to the letter for the ingredients and portions but then I formed four smaller loafs and then wrapped each with two tissue paper thin slices of prosciutto. From there I got back on recipe and baked for 35 minutes, then basted, put back in for 10 more minutes. Then removed from oven to rest.

"I don't know if this really tastes like Taco Bell because I've not had Quesadillas from Taco Bell but they were excellent. My family loved these. "Very good recipe. I added small red potatoes, 1 med onion, and baby carrots. I chose a 4 lb chuck roast and it turned out tender and juicy. My wife didn't pick up the 1.25 oz packets of Italian, Ranch, and Gravy mix, each were different weights (1 oz, 9 oz, etc.) but it didn't matter, it tasted great."
"5 Stars after a couple modifications. I used four boneless pork chops that were at least an inch thick. Very large chops! I dredged them in seasoned flour (salt & pepper) and then browned them. The only other change was covering in foil for 50 minutes and removed foil the last 10 minutes. They were exceptionally tender and very juicy!"
