Shared Recipe Deep South Tater Tot Casserole

"The original recipe is from Deep South Dish.com. I use a 9x13 casserole dish and add about 2 cups diced ham, a whole pound of smoked sausage (chopped) and a whole cup of cheese (separated)."

    Reviewed Chicken Salad for Sandwiches

"Following the recipe it had way too much celery in the salad and to make it better, I would have to add a chopped boiled egg, chopped sweet onion, etc.

However, the boiling of the chicken was very easy and worked out great. I usually grill the chicken first and that takes more time and makes a bigger mess. Boiling it freed me..."

Reviewed Easy Cheesy Spinach and Ham Quiche Pie

"I didn;t follow the instructions to the letter. I used all the ingredients but in different portions. I substituted the "canned" mushrooms for fresh mushrooms (I hate canned shrooms). I probably used 10 oz of diced ham, a cup of mayo, and probably 2.5 cups of cheddar. I also put at least a cup of shredded/grated parmesan cheese on top (bas..."

    Reviewed Taco Bell Quesadillas

"I don;t know if this really tastes like Taco Bell because I;ve not had Quesadillas from Taco Bell but they were excellent. My family loved these. I seasoned and grilled three chicken breasts and doubled everything else to make 8 Quesadillas. The sauce was spicy but really made the dish exceptional. This is a keeper!"

Reviewed To Die for Crock Pot Roast

"Very good recipe. I added small red potatoes, 1 med onion, and baby carrots. I chose a 4 lb chuck roast and it turned out tender and juicy. My wife didn;t pick up the 1.25 oz packets of Italian, Ranch, and Gravy mix, each were different weights (1 oz, 9 oz, etc.) but it didn;t matter, it tasted great."
