    Reviewed Sweet Potato Salad

    "This is really good--but I added another cup of sweet potatoes, making it 3. Otherwise, for me, I think it might've been a tad bit too mayonnaise-y for us. I might try adding some diced pineapple the next time, too. A welcome change from regular potato salad, and so easy! "

    "This was really, really good--but, based on others' reviews, I preempitvely made a double batch of sauce, and added 1 1/2 recipes of it (I saved the remainder for broccoli with cheese sauce, or whatever).     "I was given this recipe years ago, and it only called for 2 bouillon cubes. I can't imagine increasing that number! I do, however, use 4 carrots instead of two. Everything else remains the same, and it has always gotten rave reviews from my family and friends. It's even better if it sits a day after making it."
