    Reviewed Lori's Kale Slaw

"I thought this was really good! I followed the recipe exactly, except I also added some spinach leaves to the mix. While I was eating it, I thought that apple would go well, so I am going to try that with the leftovers. Next time I will cut back a little bit on the cayenne. UPDATE: The leftovers were really good with some apple!!!"

    Reviewed Frizzled Cabbage

"I tried this with red cabbage because it's all I had, and it was so good! I will probably make this again tomorrow, since we didn't have any leftovers!"

    Reviewed Perfect Rump Roast

"Perfect! I followed recipe exactly, except for the garlic...Unfortunately, I didn't have any garlic, which I'm sure would've made this even better. My roast was medium rare and so tender and juicy. I can't wait to make sandwiches with the leftovers!"

    Reviewed Erna's Apple Pie Muffins

"Love these muffins! I did cut the sugar back to 1 cup based on some other reviews, and I thought they were plenty sweet. I also used oil instead of butter, since it's all I had on hand. I forgot the topping, and they were still fantastic!"

    Reviewed Waffles Perfect (Vegan)

"I was out of eggs, and my son wanted waffles, and these were really good. I did use half rice milk and half water for the liquid, but that was the only change. Oh, I was worried about the thin batter, so I added 1/4 cup more flour, then I read the reviews that said the thin batter was normal and worked fine. :) I will make these again!"

Reviewed Panera's Cream Cheese Potato Soup

"I love this soup! I doubled the recipe, except for the cream cheese, and I thought it was just right. I also cooked the onions in a little bit of butter before adding them to the soup. It was even better after it had a chance to sit and thicken up a bit."
