    "This is the best, most flavorful falafel I've made. My husband could not stop asking me if I made it, from scratch?! Didn't crumble when fried, nice texture and the added onion really made them a lot more creamy inside than other recipes. Thank you, thank you, Sam-I-am. I do so like homemade falafel."

    "Excellent recipe! Easy to make and not gritty. I used superfine sugar (regular granulated sugar processed in cuisinart for 2 min just to be sure it wasn't gritty. Used on an irish fruitcake and it was perfect. Thanks for sharing!"

    "Recipe doesn't tell when or how to add butter. The taste is ok, but a bit like undercooked dough. Pale in color, but it could be that you're supposed to brush the butter on (I mixed it in. The worst part is that when the baby starts eating, it breaks apart into big chunks you then have to fish out before they choke. All in all, not a bad conc..."

I gave 3 stars instead of 2 as I think my Trader Joe's garbanzo beans were a big part of the problem. They were really gross - don't buy them! It is a fairly easy recipe and also forgiving of modest changes such as using whole, unblanched almonds and a 10" springform pan.     "Excellent, light summery risotto! The lemon zest and mint combination is very good. Husband said it was the "best ever" even though I didn't have asparagus or zuchini and used green pepper instead. It appears as though you could use whatever you have leftover in the fridge for vegetables and it'll still work."
