I'm a stay at home wife and spend my days cooking and cleaning and I couldn't be happier with that! I have a little side business making and selling hand made beaded and hemp jewelry! I also love to read, write and I've been known to paint on occasion. Of course though.. I love to cook! I love to create whole meals inspired around my family! And I always love serving them! I'm always looking for a new ingredient to try, or a new twist on a classic! Somedays.. I just go for broke andtear through my pantry and put a little of this and a little of that together and create something 100% ME!
My favorite thing to eat is PASTA! I could eat pasta all day everyday! That, and my favorite ethnic food, Chinese! I'm also a big fan of comfort foods! Soups, Stews, Meatloaf and Mac n' Cheese to name a few! OH! and don't forget broccoli.. I could eat that 'til Im green in the face!
I love to go to this little diner down the road for their excellent stuffed peppers and pepperpot soup! It's just amazing any time of day and anytime of year!
