"Delicious! I doubled the recipe since others had said it doesn't make much. EXCEPT, I quadrupled the wine and tripled the orange juice. And I didn't have brandy so I used spiced rum as others said to do. Used a mediocre red wine and it was great! I'll stock up on the cheap stuff to make this all winter."

"Pretty good recipe. I made two 8x8 pans instead of one large one. I baked one in the oven as directed, but left it in an extra 5 mins since it didn't look quite done. I think I actually should have kept it in another 5 mins. Must be my oven? I stuck the other pan in the freezer for another night -- I'll let ya'll know how that one turns out."

"Just started a gluten-free diet and these are a perfect treat! I used reduced fat peanut butter, splenda and 1/4 cup egg substitute. I used a teaspoon measuring spoon to form them and baked for 6 minutes at 350. They were still a bit chewy and the perfect bite size. Yum!"

"Got an ice cream maker for xmas and used this recipe for my first attempt. SO good! Didn't have half and half so just used 1.5 cups each of cream and milk. Also used Splenda instead of sugar. Turned out great -- creamy, sweet and very vanilla-y."

"This is awesome! Doubled the recipe for hubby and myself and only had a couple minor changes. Used half brown sugar and half splenda, didn't double the butter, and left the apple skin on since that's where most of the nutrients are. It was great! Also threw in some pitted cherries I had in the freezer -- YUM! Topped with low fat cool whip and didn..."

"This is SO good! Since I don't eat meat, I made it vegetarian: vegetable broth instead of chicken, cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken, no bacon. Added a cup and a half of frozen corn after reading other reviews and it was awesome! Hubby who is a total carnivore and very picky loved it too. Easy and delicious! Thanks Stacylu!"
