"Up until now, I have never had a burger recipe I was really happy serving when we've had friends over for cookouts. We usually do baby back ribs for the adults and burgers/hotdogs for the kids. These were AWESOME! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of using Hawaiin Bread slider buns. Yummy! Probably the moistest/juiciest burger I""

    Reviewed Shrimp Fra Diavolo

"I, too, loved this recipe! I made this for a friend who came to visit for the weekend. It was perfect because I didn't have to babysit the stove. This recipe is very forgiving. As long as the shrimp are cooked according to direction, the rest can be made as quickly or leisurely as you wish. I got sidetracked and let the onions cook 10 minutes longer than required. I also used a sparkling white wine (because that is what we were drinking) and it turned out delish! My friend was still talking about it the next day. I served this over Giada's lemon spaghetti like some of the other reviewers, only I used orzo. Yum! "

Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms

"This is in my top 5 favorite dinners ever. My husband loves pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. I decided to make this one to mix it up a little. WOW! Yummy! He even liked this version better than our usual. I followed the directions exactly. Do not skimp on the fresh rosemary at the end. It makes the dish.

    Reviewed Everything Lo Mein

"I really like this recipe because it was quick, easy, tasted great, and is very flexible. I used fresh beef stir-fry meat from the grocery, added 3 cloves of garlic and used yellow & orange bell peppers because that was what I had on hand. Perfect for using up a variety of veggies.
