"I chose this recipe 1because I had all the ingredients and 2it was low fat and WW friendly. This soup had very interesting flavors that I quite enjoyed. I love garlic, so I added 5 cloves to the roasting pan. Next time, I won't puree it as much and leave it on the chunkier side!"

"We really enjoyed these rolls....they were a snap to make up and travell very well in lunches. Bonus! They were a little "drippy" so the second time I made them, I drained the pickle and chopped it into the mixture. DH said that it worked out much better. Will make these often! Thanks for the posting!"

"My recipe is slightly different as I sprinkle 2 T parmesan cheese on the casserole and I use butter instead of margarine. Great for buffets and it freezes well. Can't go wrong with that"

I can just imagine what it would taste like with toasted pine nuts! I will definately use this one again!!! Thanks for the posting...what a unique find..."
