"My guests were most impressed when I bragged about this recipe...it was way, way too easy!!! Next time, though, I will kick it up with more jalapeno and maybe some green bell pepper that was suggested (about 1T minced. I was only able to get a 250 ml jar of apple jelly (9 oz jar which gave me approx. 1 cup of finished product....enough to fit ..."

"This is by far, one of the best biscuit recipes I have ever tried! The only thing I felt was that the mixture was quite wet when the liquid was incorporate in to the dry ingredients. More flour was needed to bring it all together. I got my recipe from the Best of Bridge cookbooks"

"I was really suprised at how good this marinade was, thinking that the cinnamon would overpowder the taste. I marinated skinless thicken thighs for about 4 hours and they came out quite tender and flavourful. I did not have to adjust this recipe at all. This is a treasure. Thanks for sharing!!"

When I hear a song from the 60's and 70's, it brings me back to this wonderful place and the carefree fun we had!!! I made this muffins with a little bit of changes. I added 1/4 cup of whole wheat fl..."

"We quite enjoyed this recipe. We are not big on "sauce" so this was enough sauce for 2 meals. I put the chicken thighs in 2 large zip lock bags and put them in the freezer. Perfect for those nights that I want a quick dish. My DH kept saying, over and over, "Save this one...I like it!!" Definately a keeper!"

"I have been doing this for years...but in a smaller quantity. Mine is usually in a 1/4 cup plastic container, 3 - 4 inch pieces of ginger and fill it up with sherry, so that it is completely covered. I add ginger to it when needed and top the sherry up. Keeps for ever in the fridge...as long as the air does not get to it! I have used the seaso..."

"This drink is actually very good for you. The lemon and ginger are wonderful for stomach and digestive problems...and yes, it is better for you than coffee or tea! It is more tolerable with a bit of honey!"
