I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years. I love to cook and create new and exciting dishes to please the pickiest palates!! Entertaining family and friends has always been a big part of my life, I think growing up in an Italian family had a lot to do with that. I currently left the fast paced restaurant world and am now teaching for a line of local cooking schools. Teaching daily classes open to the public, covering all types of cuisines. Everything from classic French to baking to Sushi. I also do cooking demonstrations and work as a personal chef on my own time. I hope you enjoy my recipes just as much as I enjoy creating them. 
I really do not have any "Favorite" foods. I do enjoy healthy cooking, Asian and Indian inspired foods.
