"Very easy to make and very delicious! Since I only bought 3 organic medjool dates, I added a 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar. Next time I make it, I will definitely buy more dates. I also ate the nut mash that was left over from straining the milk! I used it to top my oatmeal and it was fantastic!

"Well, I didn't notice when I tagged this recipe that a pressure cooker was needed, so I improvised and used my dutch oven. Even though I used vegetable broth, the soup took on the typical coloration of mushroom barley soup made with beef stock. This occurred because I used baby portabella mushrooms primarily. I also used shiitake mushroom caps as ..."

"This is a very tasty recipe, but then how can you go wrong with potatoes cooked in wine and butter? I only used one russet potato as there were only 3 peeps eating them. I used freeze dried parsley since the bunch I had in the hydrator were spoiled. I think it worked out fine with the freeze dried parsley, just won't be as vibrant in the photo. I ..."

"WOW! Delicious! As a rule, I tell waitresses to hold the croutons when ordering a salad! But I will be making these little gems for all of my salads at home! They would be an accent to any salad or soup. I just ate them plain as a snack. Made for Photo tag."

"Excellent recipe for onion soup! I made it today to have tonight when we toast the new year! However, I did sneek an early taste. It is very rich tasting! I used 5 sweet vadalia onions for a sweet and savory combination. Tonight at midnight I will serve it with gruyere cheese on an Italian baguette broiled in the oven. Yum! Made for Please Make M..."

"Since it was a raw nasty day and I had frozen asparagus in the freezer, I decided to make this soup. I thought it was also a good way to get my GS to eat vegetables. I used 1 cup heavy cream and 2 cups whole milk. I'm glad my chef trained DD was here as I had no idea about the process of tempering an egg and probably would have messed up that part..."

"These are very good and the almond paste keeps them nice and chewy. I only rolled one cookie in pine nuts for the photo op. The rest of the batch I left plain. These cookies are super easy to make too. I mixed them with a fork in the beginning and then used my hands as I don't have a heavy duty mixer. Made for Make My Recipe Reunion in the Austral..."

"The concept of this recipe sounded really good to me, however for me personally, I have decided I don't like fontina cheese. DH, DD and GS however loved the dish so much that I am giving the recipe 5 stars. Thanks for posting this as I know I will be making it again. And I plan on trying it with a combo of Gruyere and aged extra sharp cheddar. Mad..."
