"I thought this was very tasty, however, I didn't think it tasted like gingerbread. Although the pumpkin pie spice has ginger in it, I felt the recipe needed more ginger to live up to its name.
Made for the Australian New Zealand Make My Recipe Reunion tag."

"Yummy! We really enjoyed these. I'm still grilling even though it is raw and chilly out, and I might add dark too. I used soda straw sized asparagus, so I didn't leave them on the grill very long as I was afraid of scorching them. But they were done just right. Made for the VIP in Veg 'n Swap tag."

"I love quiche and this one was to die for. Loved the combo of flavors with the cheesy custard like filling! Funny thing is I don't like Gruyere cheese by itself, but melted it is amazing! I didn't use as much spinach as was called for as DH doesn't care for its cooked texture. It was perfect for our tastes. Made for Veg'n Swap tag."

"Tasty potato recipe! Since I used a mandoline to cut my potatoes, they came out thinner than a quarter inch, so I only cooked them for 25 minutes. I also didn't peel the potatoes. Made for Make My Recipe Reunion tag."

"I was amazed at how delicious this combo of ingredients was. It never would have occurred to me to mix them together. I used corn originally from ears of corn I bought locally in September which I cut from the ears, blanched and froze myself. I'm sure this recipe would be even better with fresh corn. Made for Veg N Swap tag Nov. 2012."

"We really enjoyed these! First night we made sandwiches and the second night we ate them with brown rice pilaf and asparagus. These are going in my keepers cookbook. I added some red bell pepper as I wanted to use it up. I also baked them in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes on parchment paper. Thanks for posting the recipe! Made for Photo ..."

"Excellent! This became a Super Storm Sandy special. I had to cook the entire meal on the gas stove top as we had no power. Refrigerator, freezer, computer, light in kitchen and TV was run by generator. I had to omit the black olives and the juniper berries. DH had me add mushrooms that we had in our refrigerator. I also forgot to cut the meat up i..."

"This are really tasty! I baked only two tortias and I cut them before hand with a pizza cutter which worked really well. I used Pam, spraying the tortias and then sprinkling the seasonings and sugar over them. I also baked them on bakers parchment paper. Made for Veg 'N swap tag."

"Served this recipe during our Hurricane sandy party! Delicious as a frozen treat or as a drink. The lemon lime soda caused the frozen mixture to foam up and is similar to an ice cream soda. I served them in wine glasses. Made for the VIP in Veg 'N Swap tag No. 51."
