"We aren't big Turkey fans so I usually fix a large Roasting chicken, stuffed just like a Turkey, but more to our size family. I decided to try this gravy to see if it had more flavour than the one I usually make and WOW it sure does!!! I added a bit more black pepper to the end result and it was great.
