"As she says, the "Egg in a Hole" is "simple and scrumptious". I subscribe to her website and that's how I received an email with her "Cajun Chicken Pasta" recipe. I made it tonight for my family and it was a huge hit! I used sherry for the white wine in the recipe, and served it with a salad and garlic bread, YUM!!! Love the show! <3""

I absolutely love to prepare food any number of ways but more importantly, I love to eat it! Although I'm a health conscious foodie, I don't mind baking sinful, shameless desserts for the ones I love, or even acquaintances. I have an incredibly wonderful 24 year old daughter who shares my love for food. Other than that, I love movies, reading and playing tennis.
I love ethnic foods such as: Peruvian, Persian, Thai, Korean, Spanish etc... Although I love most all foods, with the exception of black licorice and Uni (Sea urchin), I'm a little more finicky when it comes to desserts. If it's Chocolate (and I do LOVE chocolate), it has to be milk chocolate, and I don't necessarily like the fruit-chocolate combination with the exception of bananas. Other than that, eating is definitely one of the top 3 finer pleasures in life for me!
