    "I give this 5 stars just on the creativity alone. The ingredients blended well together and I have made it twice once with cheese tortellini and agin with mushroom. I agree this needs a bit more broth, i added more cayenne pepper and shallots the second go round and it was perfect. but other than that I agree with the chef that is a quick satisfyi..."
