"I made this for my uncle to have after finishing a chemo treatment and not feeling like cooking for himself. He said it was the best soup he's had. I did add a good dose of garlic salt and onion salt to the hamburger meat as it was browning with the onion. Good stuff. Thanks."

"I can't actually complete in exactly 30 minutes, but that's OK. We truly love this soup. I do have to add some seasonings to get it to our liking. I like to use my standbys of garlic salt and onion salt...makes a big difference. I also use a couple of red potatoes diced up instead of the parsnip...tastes wonderful. I also use rotisserie chick..."

"We just loved this recipe. It was different from the usual mexican casserole recipes. The only change I made was to use fresh mushrooms that I sauteed in bacon drippings instead of using canned mushroom pieces. Also, used the bacon drippings to cook onion and garlic in. Added the cut up pieces of bacon to the chicken and mushroom topping. Thi..."

"I thought this was just great. I did have to make a couple of changes, though. I made 1 1/2 times the sauce and still was only able to use about 2/3 of the cooked pasta or it would have been to dry. I doubled the amount of taco seasoning and used a whole onion I cooked in butter before adding the garlic and chicken. Topped it all off with ched..."

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU! This was so easy to make with a divine taste and was so pretty when sliced. I put the fresh raspberries in the pie shellwith the open end of the raspberry facing upward so when I poured the cheesecake filling into the shell it filled up each raspberry! When it was sliced the raspberries looked so neat with the filling in e..."

"I was thrilled to see this recipe listed...it has always been a favorite of ours. I have been making it for 22 years! The recipe is from my Typically Texas cookbook. I served it often to company. My recipe calls for 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated and two cans of mushroom soup. I have used corn and flour tortillas. My hubby prefers corn and th..."
