    "I added a little extra mayo as it seemed a bit thin, and used chives from the garden instead of green onions. BONUS: The chives are in bloom and the purple flowers are a pretty addition to the orangy potatoes. They'll be a nice burst of flavor for anyone brave enough to enjoy them with the sweet potatoes. Not sure if the orange juice added any ..."
