"We have an abundant amount of pecans this year. I made the first batch exactly like the recipe. These spiced pecans are terrific. We like things spicy here in Louisiana, so I increased the amount of cayenne to our tastes. This will make a great snack for an upcoming BBQ Shower and as gifts this Christmas.
