I'm a quarter Italian and a quarter French, with a bunch of other stuff thrown in. I like to do a variety of things, but art and culture are my passions.
You'll find that most of my recipes (when I get to loading them) are variations on old family recipes handed down from my mother. Once in a while I'm sure I'll upload some of my own creations.
Most pasta dishes. I have a very limited diet, and as such have created some exceptionally different things.
One day I plan on creating the ultimate Chocolate Bruschetta. For some reason chocolate and bruschetta are a pleasing combination. Take my word for it.
