    I live in a small border city and love to travel. I get alot of my recipe ideas from travel and the wonderful people that have touched my life.

    I love to entertain and eat but since having gastric by pass surgery, I cannot endulge the way I used to.

    Fav food Thai- Cajun- Veitnamese West and East Indian
    Anything Spicy. I am famous and infamous for family dishes haha.

    Snippin fresh herbs and tender vegys early in the morning,  hitting the farmers market for fresh eggs, cheese & meats then planning out the days meals
