"I could get addicted to this! I used an 11oz can of drained MexiCorn and a can of undrained RoTel tomatoes. Didn't bother with the salsa as it was spicy enough. This was easy and perfect! Thanks!!"
"This gets five stars from me and hubby. I used Penzey's Fajita seasoning and colby-jack cheese. I didn't make this in the oven, but cooked it in a skillet on the stove and it worked out well. I served it with extra cheese and sour cream for garnish along with bell/sweet pepper stir fry and salad. The leftovers were just as good today for lunch. Th..."
"We thought this was just OK. I used shrimp and halibut and thought it would have been way better with just shrimp. I think the sauce overpowered the halibut, maybe too much worcestershire? If I make this again, I would probably reduce the amount of cream as the end result was very runny."
"This was my first attempt at a quiche and it turned out perfect! I used sour cream in place of the table cream, and I used all colby-jack cheese because that's what I had on hand. I also added some leftover ham that I diced (to keep hubby happy) and a couple of shallots. I will make this again! Thank you!"
"I agree with Klyn that the batter was extremely thick and added a splash of milk to make it more manageable. I left out the raisins, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. This makes a wonderful dense, moist bread. I think it tastes better the next day. I will definately be making this one again. Thank you!"
"We made this because we were really craving mac and cheese. I think this needed a little something else in the cheese sauce to give it more substance. I'm thinking maybe next time I will add a bit of cream cheese. I'm not sure about the curry. I love curry a lot, but I don't think it really fit in with the dish. It didn't taste like mac and cheese..."
"I wondered if the 1 (1 oz) package of cream cheese was a typo because I can't recall ever seeing one. I used a full 8oz package. I doubled the amount of chicken (more leftovers!) and used about half the cream called for because I was afraid it would be runny if I used the whole pint. I also used extra seasoning on the chicken when I was cooking it..."
"My husband and I loved this. Really, really loved it!!! I did modify the seasoning for the ground beef, only because I didn't have any tomato sauce or chilies on hand, and it was still outstanding. I plan to experiment with this crust recipe and make an Italian-type dish with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Thank you!"
