"Sooooo good! We had these for Mother's day, I omitted the garlic for a food allergy & they were absolutely amazing! I used regular potatoes instead of red, for that's what I had on hand. This will be my go-to recipe for roasted potatoes! The short boil & sitting really makes for a delicious flavor & texture!"

"Amazing! I read the other reviews & thought it was a bit thick too. I added 4 tsp of hazelnut liqueur to help thin it a bit & add that nutty flavor. It was a huge hit at the baby shower! It will be my go-to fruit dip for sure!"

"Amazing! Please do follow Jehaas' recommendation on the roux, great explanation! I read several reviews & did half sharp cheddar & half velveeta, next time will probably try all sharp cheddar. I doubled it for a 9x13 container. It is very delicious & creamy, nice rich flavor. Definitely a keeper!!"

"AMAZING! I do believe this is the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted! I had leftover buttermilk & a birthday party where chocolate was requested & I found this recipe. What a hit! The recipe was super easy, the cake was so moist & had a great flavor. My husband is not a big chocolate fan, but he said he really liked the cake p..."

"Update - Since I doubled the frosting, I had leftover in the fridge, 2 months later & it still tastes fabulous! -- AMAZING! The best Italian Cream cake I have ever tasted! I followed the reviews & doubled the frosting. I also did the 1 cup of pecans in the cake (toasted instead of the frosting for my husband prefers it that way. I ha..."

"Amazing! I ended up making 2 batches of this at Christmas time to give out as a party favor at our annual Progressive Dinner. We had the dessert course & we served it for our signature drink, along with a shot of Amarula liquer (similar to Baileys for an extra kick! For the powdered milk, 11 cups is the 25.6oz box (725g for the nesquick, the la..."

"Delicious cake! Was hard to blend the cream cheese & chocolate, but it all baked together fine. The 2nd time I made it, my husband chopped the chocolate very fine & then I just mixed it into the cream cheese. I also substituted milk for the heavy cream since I don't keep heavy cream on hand & it only called for a bit. This is a great fall cake ..."

"AMAZING! Our pups LOVED them! And soooo easy! I read several reviews & used most of the tips - rice cereal instead of powdered milk, 1/4 cup extra flour for the stickier ones (I made 4 different batches, canola oil instead of vegetable, used dough hook with Kitchenaid mixer (no extra kneeding!, a little olive oil on my hands when handling the do..."

"This muffin was ok. I made buttermilk using milk & vinegar and I doubled the blueberries. I have found metal muffin liners work better for lowfat muffins. When first baked they were very good & fluffy. I froze them a day later for an easy breakfast. They are not as good as other muffins I have frozen before."
