    About Me

I'm a young (busy) professional living in Fairfax (the DC area)...I'm a really new cook and I don't necessarily love cooking but I really enjoy eating good food... so there you go :) I enjoy good cheese, good wine, good bread, nice dishes... ::sigh::

    Favorite Foods

I love spicy food, particularly Indian and Thai but I've never really tried cooking them because I don't have the necessary spices or materials. I don't particularly care for Midwestern foods, I find them rather bland. Southern food isn't as spicy as I like it but the fat, sugar and salt makes up for that sometimes. I want to be healthy.
