I love to experiment. My favorite way to cook is to decide whether I want beef, chicken, lamb, pork, or fish and then create some new dish from whatever I have on hand.

My general rule of thumb is: If I can identify the food items, I'll eat it; if it still looks like its original state, I'll eat it; if it's juicy and not dry, I'll eat it.
Basically, if you want to feed me chicken, broccoli, bread, and a nice creamy soup -- I'll eat it. But if you throw it all together and call it a quiche or casserole -- forget it.
