    About Me

    I am finally learning how to cook thanks to recipezaar! I haven't really made up any of my own recipes yet, but I have made a lot of the ones posted on here. Asian food is my favorite thing to make, and I also enjoy making desserts (especially cheesecake). I am amazed by how easy it has been for me to learn how to cook. I always used to think cooking was so hard and time-consuming, but I learned that once you have all the ingredients and proper equipment on hand it's not very difficult. I used to only cook stuff in the microwave or in the crockpot, but since I joined recipezaar I have been working my way up to more and more challenging recipes.

    Favorite Foods

    Asian food is my favorite, especially Thai and Chinese. I love spicy foods and sweet foods, or a combination of the two. I also love cheesecake, and I finally learned how to make it.

    I have been keeping track of all the foods I like to get at restaurants, then I go home and look for a similar recipe on recipezaar so that I can make it myself. Before I learned how to cook, I was spending hundreds of dollars a month on restaurant food, because I was eating out once or twice a day. Now I can go to the grocery store and spend $150 and have enough food to eat for 3 weeks since I know how to cook finally.
