    Reviewed Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

"Our family loves this over spaghetti. The only modification I make is to use 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes; 1 tsp is a little too spicy for our little ones. I've used many different cuts of chicken and all have turned out great. I usually take the chicken out when it's tender, shred it, and mix it back into the sauce. Yum!"

Reviewed Sirloin Tip Crock Pot Roast With Gravy

"I love beef roast but don't always love heating up the house with the oven. So, this was a great recipe for me. Our whole family loved it. I saw some people remarked that the meat was dry, but mine was tender and not dry at all. I chopped the onions and put a small amount of beef stock (enough to cover the bottom of the crock pot) in before the..."

Reviewed Slow Cooker Beef in Mushroom Gravy

"I have been searching for a crock pot recipe for round steak for ages. I generally make Swiss steak with round steak and love the flavor, but pounding the steaks with flour is time consuming and messy. This was quick to prepare and a hit with our entire family, including two pre-schoolers. I served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable on the sid..."

    About Me

I could cook and bake all day, but I really despise cleaning. I am a wife and mother to two boys. We like simple, good, comfort foods at our house and we enjoy having family and friends over for dinner. I love a noisy house full of people and food. I work part-time from home and my husband is police officer. I used to love to read before I had kids. LOL! Maybe I'll get back to it someday. It's pretty much just Dr. Seuss for now.

    Favorite Foods

Sweets, sweets, sweets!!! I like big meat and potatoes type meals, light on vegetables, heavy on carbs.
