    "WOW, these were GREAT muffins! I sub'd the oil for applesauce and doub'd the lemon zest and juice and of corse added flaxseed (thats just what I do = And they were wonderful! I made a doz mini muffins and froze them for the kids bento lunches! The whole family enjoyed them! Im sure I will make them again next Sunday! Thanks"

    "The fish came out GREAT! I LOVE this crust and will use it again ASAP! As for the salsa, I had to flip around a few things! I had to not use the mango (allergic and I only used, tomato, cilantro, onion, pineapple and jalapenos and a juice from 1/2 lime! AWSOME meal! I also layed the fish on top of the salsa! Thanks again, this was great!"

    "The flavor was good in these cookies, even though I changed it up a bit. I used nutmeg in place of the cloves, and I added 2 vanilla beans! Everything else was EXACTLY like the directions said, but the dough was SOSO hard to work with. I had to add SO much flour to get it to roll out and use cookie cutters w/out them sticking.     "These muffins were GREAT! I also used whole wheat flour, and traded the butter for plain yogurt (which made it extra moist! and I threw in some flax seed and vanilla beans! I made mini muffins from this recipe w/out the nuts for my toddler and made large ones for the rest of the family with pecans! They were LOVED by all 5 of us!"
