    "Oh my dear goodness. These are perhaps some of the best blueberry muffins I have made. They were perfect. I made some regular-sized, and then a pan of mini muffins, cooked them for about 10 minutes (which were cooked a litte too long and some were burnt on the bottom--if you use mini muffin tins, try to cook for 7-8 minutes.     "Absolutely love it! The best part is that there is no watery stuff at the bottom of the pan--a very sturdy lasagna. Very good fresh or after taken out of the freezer.
