    About Me

    I'm a college student (studying British Literature of the 1700s and 1800s) here in Idaho and I love to cook. I have hundreds of cookbooks and collect recipes. I have 1000s, each categorized neatly in one of 10 notebooks. It's a bit overwhelming but I always have a recipe when someone needs it.

    Favorite Foods

    I love lots of different kinds of food and have always been partial to sweets. Recently I had gastric bypass so I can no longer tolerate sugars and can only eat small amounts of any other foods but I still find myself cooking and baking even when I know I can't eat it. It's the process I love.
