Reviewed Thai Zucchini
"OMG!!! I wasn't feeling well, and made this as a side for a chicken satay recipe from my Thai cookbook... I added slivered red peppers and half a small onion slivered... Served myself a small portion, thinking either I might not like it, or my tummy might reject the food... Um... Yeah!!! I gobbled up 3/4 of the whole darn thing!!! (I let my husband..."

Added Recipe Photo to Chili Pizza
Reviewed Chili Pizza
"I was looking in my fridge, seeing chili and wanting pizza... Lightbulb appeared over my head... Google "chili pizza" and see this... GENIOUS! I also make monster pots of chili, and gave tons left over... Within two minutes, this recipe was complete and on the oven ( I used the premade crusts from Costco )... I can't WAIT for the timer to beep! :D"

I used to be a "meat and potato" kinda gal... Until I met my husband, who had every spice and every pot known to man... I then discovered GOOGLE!
I was a small town girl, a traveling nurse, who had three low main thence necessities for cooking: (I still argue that this is all one REALLY needs...haha!)
1) the frying pan... Anything needing to be cooked on the stove goes in the pan!
2) the pizza pan... Anything needing to be cooked in the oven goes on the pizza pan! (If it needs a cover, use foil... It the pot above needs a cover, put the pizza pan over the fry pan... GENIOUS!)
3) a small dipper (sauce pan)... In case you need to boil water for company wanting a cup of tea, or some other small thing needing to boil, like rice...
Something different every day! I do have my specialties though... ;P (now that I've reformed from the "meat and potato")
I am the Internet searching QUEEN of recipes now!!! ;) worse thing is... I forget where I found them, and sometimes have the " one time only" type of amazing foods!!! ;P
