"This is a good recipe, and following it to exact, I can see that the mozzarella addition was grand, however, made it kinda gloppy. I had to keep it very warm and serve it right away so the cheesy factor (stringy didn't mess with the dish. **(I might add no cheese or much less next time. Thanks for posting delish dish!"

"Love this basic, simple, bread recipe. I needed something quick, easy, and perfect for some nice sandwich bread and this was it. Only change was using the dough cycle on my bread machine, but let the a second rise occur and baked in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Added some sesame seeds to the top. Great!! Thank you for sharing!"

"Wonderful, fresh, and boasting with tons of flavor. I used this for a Fox-hunting tea, and it was gobbled up so fast, I wish I had made more. The only change was using chickepeas instead of corn, otherwise stayed true to the recipe. The dressing is the bomb! Perfect in everyway. Thanks, Rita!"
