"My taste-buds thank you! Absolutely delicious, and so, so easy! I had some feta to use up, and I love kalamata olives, so gave this recipe a try. DH was disappointed to see how little there was (4 serves, looks like I'll be making double or triple next time."

"This was exactly what I was looking for - a recipe to use as a solid base, and then add stuff to it.
I used 3 chicken breasts, 3 cups of soup, a red bell pepper, a can of corn, frozen peas, chickpeas, butter beans and red kidney beans. cheese and corn chips as per recipe. We had no tabasco, so it was definitely missing something, but still ver..."

"Sooooo easy! And so tasty!
I did change a few things though, to make it a little healthier, and even simpler to cook.
I used a can of lite coconut milk instead of cream, and skipped the cilantro as I didn't have that fresh.

"I added the chicken back in with the tomatoes.
Easy recipe to double and I think it would freeze well.
Next time I'll increase the spices a bit, although it is better the second night.
Will probably make it again."

"So simple, but so nice!
We only had baby spinach, so I used that instead of the frozen, and it worked wonderfully.
Will be making this again."

"Had this for dinner tonight, searched recipes based on the ingredients we had and this one was just perfect. Very easy to make - doubled the quantities so took longer to cook, but you'd expect that. I made a gluten free version using GF flour and it worked great and was yummy.I had hubby chopping up the vegies while I was preparing the base, then..."

"Yum! And so easy. :I used gluten-free SR flour and greek yoghut, and skipped the bicard and salt. I needed just a little water to thin the yogurt.I made it into 5 hand-sized rolls and they cooked in 35 mins. I love how they didn't flatten at all - difficult to get with gluten-free bread! I have a feeling none will make it past dinner. Thanks f..."

"Fabulous! And so easy. I used double the fish (barramundi and bit more tomato paste, everything else measured approximately. I just made sure the fluid covered the fish. Off to buy more fish today, this was simply amazing. Ate with roast vegies and steamed greens."
