    About Me

I'm a 41 year old male working in the building industry as a bricklayer(building conservation)I like good, traditional food, though I try not to fry anything,I was brought up in London but now live in Kent, and if anyone has ever eaten in a London Pie&Mash shop I'll be posting a recipe for that soon!
I enjoy cooking and am well known for my roasts,I believe meals should be simple but tasty, and filling,I was raised on big meals,
My garlic, mushroom an onion gravy made with red or white wine goes with most things,I'll post that later,
And I do a mean baked Gammon in cider&honey sauce with sweet potato mash,
I just love my food and my favourite room in the house is the kitchen!
Watch this space for some wholesome British recipes including puddings and pies.
