Love to cook and bake. Alot of the time, I make up my own recipes as I go along. I love cooking and baking healthy food. I cook with more vegetables and fruit, whole grains, little or no refined grains, and have meat in moderation. I cook with no salt and less cholesterol, and try to use healthy fats/oils. I hate processed food with chemicals and unnecessary additives and try to stay away from them as much as possible. (I still have a weakness to eat out now and then...). Moderation is the key.
Fresh baked whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta with either cheese or sauce and some meat, (ground meat or chicken), vegetables and fruit, occasional steak, salmon, lean dairy products, red beans and andouille sausage with brown rice, lowfat healthy desserts like apple or peach crisp, healthy version of brownies, homemade all natural chocolate pudding, etc.
