"Love it! Have made it many times now and it's a family favorite. In place of the 3 medium tomatoes, instead I use a 28oz can of petite diced tomatoes. Thanks for a great, healthy chili!"

"What a blast from the past! My Mother-in-law kept talking about a cake her grandmother and mother used to make called a Wacky Cake. She even described the three wells and how it went together. Well, food.com to the rescue! I made this cake for her and I swear, she had tears in her eyes. I just love being able to re-create old family favorites..."

"Love this marshmallow-y goodness! Used it on an 8x8 Wacky Cake # 7058 and it was a hit. Had extra frosting, but we didn't let any go to waste!"

"My new favorite chocolate cake!!! This was a hit for the party where the birthday boy requested chocolate cake. Very moist. I used Penzey's Dutch processed cocoa and it was so yummy. As a strict believer that you follow every recipe as written the first time you make it, I admit, I cheated. When I had my cup of boiling water ready to pour int..."

"Unfortunately, I'm still on the hunt for the ultimate buttercream frosting. Made it exactly as written but it was very hard to spread. In the end, it looked like drywall mud/spackle on my cake! Tasted great though, if not a bit on the sweet side. Didn't adhere (for lack of a better word to my cake at all. As we were cutting the cake, the who..."

"Yum! I've never made a beer bread before and I'm glad I chose this recipe to try! (With so many reviews, how could I go wrong? Used my pampered chef stoneware loaf pan and 1 hour at 375 was perfect. Not at all a "pretty" loaf of bread, but it sure was easy and it sure was tasty. My family fought over the end pieces that were nice and buttery..."

"Yet another winner, Kittencal! My whole (extended family loves it. We've had it twice now in as many weeks. I can really appreciate a one skillet meal that goes together so quickly. The second time I used instant brown rice and we think we like it a tiny bit better. Thanks for another staple!"

"My Father-in-Law asked me to give this 10 stars! Very tasty and rich. I used full sized flour tortillas, 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken, mild green chiles and Hatch green enchilada sauce (my mother-in-law doesn't do anything spicy!. I've already put this recipe into the rotation folder. So yummy and quick and easy for a weeknight."

"So yummy! A hit with family and co-workers. I was told not to bother coming to work tomorrow if I didn't bring the recipe with me. I poured it into 3 8x8 tins and it took about 50 minutes at 275. (My oven is notoriously weird though! Might use less powdered sugar in the frosting next time, but it is yummy just the way it is."
